Specialists and Lab Services On-Site
Inspired Health Group offers a range of specialized services in one location. In addition to primary care providers, our patients can access on-site specialists and services, including nutritionists, dietitians, sleep care coordinators, diagnostic ultrasound, behavioral health, certified diabetic education, genetic testing, Diabetic eye exams, spirometry testing, and certain lab tests and electrocardiograms. Sharing a campus with MACC gives our patients access to blood draws, and emergency care such as x-ray, bone densitometry, and CT scanning offered down the hall from our location.
Same Day Appointments
Get the care you need when you need it. Same day appointments are available for patients experiencing an urgent or acute medical issue that needs prompt attention, but are not severe enough to require emergency room care. These urgent or acute medical issues may include sudden illnesses, minor injuries, or other health concerns.
Compassionate Care Coordination
Our team can help you with your appointments with specialists, communicate important information to your providers and coordinate your care with them. We will proactively check-in with you or your Health Care Proxy by phone after any emergency room visit or discharge from an inpatient hospital stay.

Saturday Appointments
We offer weekend appointments, by appointment only, on Saturdays from the month of September-May. Saturday appointments take a pause in the months of June, July and August.
Enhanced Benefits for Qualifying Medicare Patients
Qualifying Medicare patients can enjoy enhanced benefits from Inspired Health Group (IHG). Enhanced benefits are provided by IHG and our community partners to patients that have Traditional Medicare or Medicare Railroad Insurance as their PRIMARY coverage. New Patient Forms
Please print and fill out our New Patient Forms prior to your first appointment. To provide you with the highest quality care, it is preferred that you have your medical records transferred to Inspired Health Group prior to your first appointment.
IHG Patient Portal
With a patient portal account you are be able to:
- Send and receive non-urgent messages and information from your doctor's office, including test results and educational material
- Easily notify the practice of changes to your personal information, including phone number, address, and insurance changes
- Request a refill for a medication prescribed by a provider at the practice
- View upcoming and previous appointments, including the doctor and location of those appointments
- View and/or print your current medications and allergies list

Due to the complexity of these plans and the frequency in which they may change, we cannot be responsible for knowing the extent and details of each patient's medical coverage. We will rely on you to know the most accurate and up to date information regarding your policy.
