How to text us:

Did you know you can text our care team at 716-662-7008?  Skip the wait on hold!  The next time you have a non-urgent need to reach us, you can send us a text.  

When to text us:

Our texting option is great when communicating about non-urgent clinical concerns, medication refills, and appointment scheduling.  Your text will be responded to by our HIPAA-compliant virtual answering service, which will triage your message to our team.  If a care team member needs to speak to you directly about your inquiry, you will receive a call back from us during regular business hours.
