Chia Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cold green tea
- 1 cup full-fat can of unsweetened non-dairy milk of your choice
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries no added sugar
- 1/3 cup frozen mango no added sugar
- Handful of baby spinach
- Ice – about ¼ cup or until desired thickness
Directions
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Best served immediately.
