Shrimp Linguine
What you’ll need:
1 Box Linguine Pasta
2 ish Tablespoons of Olive Oil
8 Tablespoons of Salted Butter (or one stick)
4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
2 Tablespoons Parsley Flakes (you can use fresh if you have it but don’t go out of your way)
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
4 Cups Baby Spinach
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
½ Of a Lemon
In a large pot bring 6 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling add salt and a slash of olive oil along with your pasta. Cook until done about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Using the same pot, heat your olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant and well mixed together.
Add the shrimp, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the shrimp starts to turn pink. (I you’re using cooked frozen shrimp about 5-8 minutes) Add the Italian seasoning and spinach, cook until wilted.
Add the pasta back to the pot with the remaining butter, parmesan and parsley. Stir until mixed and butter is melted.
Top with a little lemon juice and serve. Enjoy!
