Phone Upgrade on 3/15 may Disrupt Calls

On Friday, March 15th, IHG will be integrating a new phone system into our practice. We hope that the upgrade will be seamless, however, if you experience difficulty reaching us via phone, please utilize your patient portal for non-urgent communication. 

If you feel you need immediate or urgent medical care, please consider a visit to any Western New York Immediate Care location, or another urgent care facility while our office is closed. For life-threatening emergencies, please go to your nearest hospital or call 911.

Additionally, due to a practice-wide meeting, our office will be open until noon on Friday, March 15th. We apologize for the inconvenience.
