Nicole's approach with patients is to help them take responsibility for their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.  Born and raised in Buffalo, Nicole moved to Florida for almost a decade before coming back home to be closer to family and put down some roots.   When she’s not teaching patients about nutrition Nicole enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, traveling, and doing Pinterest crafts and science experiments with her young kids.
